Conversion to blue galvanised surfaces
From July 2026, we will be converting all product ranges in stock in the area of surface finishing to blue galvanised finishes.
Blue galvanised surfaces are chromium(VI)-free and continue to meet the current requirements of the REACH and RoHS directives as well as international environmental and safety standards. The corrosion protection is comparable to that of yellow galvanised surfaces.
This means
- From July 2026, all stock ranges will be available in blue galvanised.
- Yellow galvanised products are being phased out and will no longer be restocked from June 2026.
- You will benefit from future-proof, market-driven product ranges with improved availability.
