REISSER x Original LÖWE
Gebrüder Schröder GmbH has been manufacturing high-quality garden and industrial shears for life under the Original LÖWE brand since 1923. The shears can be found in professional orchards, vineyards and garden landscaping. The company also offers a wide range of industrial shears. This enables users to cut what was previously sawn.
Part of the design of original LÖWE products is that the blade, anvil, spring and bearing can be easily replaced when worn. All products are designed for durability and therefore contain REISSER screws for the ideal connection. Together with our customers, we have developed products that are designed for robust use and optimised for cutting applications.
The principle is the same for all shears: A pulling blade meets a fixed base (anvil) to form the original LÖWE cutting principle.
Both the scissors and our screws are subject to strict testing, as it must be ensured at all times that the end user receives a safe and functional product.

It all started with the underlay screws: The screws fasten the underlay to the lever. The first enquiry was for a normal countersunk screw, but further development steps, such as a special coating for corrosion protection and a screw lock, led to years of collaboration. Today, we supply the same screw in various dimensions in the highest quality for more than 15 products. The advantage for our customers is that they receive a finished product for immediate use / assembly. No further finishing of the screw is necessary for our customers. This means no additional costs, delivery and waiting times before assembly. We always keep a large quantity of screws in stock so that we are always ready to deliver. Our screws are a crucial component for Original LÖWE, as they are subject to high demands. Another important advantage is that the individual components can be replaced, so customers do not have to buy new screws, but can simply replace the defective component. True to the motto: screws instead of rivets.
When it comes to new developments, we are in close dialogue with Gebrüder Schröder GmbH's engineering department and are open to new projects.
In addition to the countersunk head screw, we also produce, for example, a hexagon socket screw with a pan head, flat head screws & DIN 965 screws. All provided with screw locking. The screw lock is there to ensure that the screw sits securely when cutting with scissors and cannot bulk over time.

Founded in 1921, REISSER Schraubentechnik has developed into a specialist for fastening and connecting elements with its own production site in Ingelfingen-Criesbach. With our core competence, the production of stainless steel screws, we combine first-class manufacturer know-how with over 100 years of experience.
