Our new packaging solution "DER AUFREISSER" offers improved stability, which significantly reduces transport damage and thus increases the safety of your products during shipping. We focus on sustainability by dispensing with viewing windows and adhesive strips, which makes our packaging more environmentally friendly. Our packaging is also characterised by an innovative and patented locking system that is not only secure, but also offers the option of resealing the packaging. We have also reduced the number of packaging variants.
Rethinking the packaging concept
Innovation in packaging technology - the toploader with hook security hock lock revolutionises the handling and security of our packaging. This new system guarantees that the box cannot be opened again without any visible traces with a simple click after the first closure. The need to additionally secure the packaging with adhesive tape is now a thing of the past. The simple "click" mechanism saves time and material and contributes to sustainability. In addition, the generous opening makes it easy to remove the screws, which is particularly advantageous on construction sites. Even when resealing
Even with REISSER boxes that have already beed opened, our ingenious design solution reliably guarantees the transport and protective function of the goods.
The unique clamping effect when resealing ensures that the REISSER packaging remains stable and locked even when subjected to shocks.
This prevents the box from opening on its own and screws falling out due to accidentally knocking over or dropping the box are a thing of the past!
This safety function in particular offers the installer real added value during assembly work on scaffolding or roofs at dizzying heights and withstands the high demands of daily construction site use.
Sustainability
We are proud that 92 % of our packaging has now been converted to toploaders, which do not require adhesive strips. This measure has led to a considerable reduction in plastic consumption: every year, we can save the equivalent of 6,624 one-litre PET bottles. Over a period of five years, this saving adds up to an impressive 1.1 tonnes of plastic waste. Through this initiative, we are making a valuable contribution to environmental protection and promoting a more sustainable future.
