REISSER Schraubentechnik welcomes five new trainees at the start of training

"In the first few days, we want to let the career starters settle in. The trainees get to know their new environment and their colleagues with various seminars and activities," says Alicia Nees, trainer at REISSER Schraubentechnik.

The content of the first week includes training courses such as product training and Office training, getting to know your fellow trainees, company knowledge and training-related content.

REISSER trains commercial and industrial professions every year. The company currently offers nine different job profiles. Even during their training, the company endeavours to train the junior employees accordingly, to provide them with further training and, if possible, to integrate them into their future specialist departments at an early stage. Even after training, REISSER supports various programmes for in-service training, including master craftsman, business administrator, bachelor and MBA courses.
