The quick-release chuck enables attachments to be changed particularly easily, quickly and without tools. Whether in lightweight metal construction with sockets or in wood construction with long bits (nominal length 50 mm), this versatile system is ideal for a wide range of applications. Thanks to its universal compatibility, the quick-release chuck also fits into any standard drill chuck on cordless screwdrivers - a real all-rounder for professionals.
The user interface is particularly easy and self-explanatory - ideal for quick use, without the need for time-consuming instruction. The depth stop is adjusted intuitively with a simple turning movement to the left or right. A clearly perceptible click-in function ensures precise adjustment steps of 0.25 mm. This allows
Another advantage of the REISSER depth stop: it noticeably reduces the strain on the wrist. The controlled screwing process eliminates the usual jerky movement when tightening the screw. The result is smoother, more even work - without any sudden jerks. This ergonomic advantage is particularly noticeable during longer assembly jobs: The hand tires more slowly and the risk of overloading or discomfort is significantly minimised.
Damaged sealing washers or incorrectly installed screw connections are now a thing of the past. You can reliably avoid reworking and complaints - for permanently secure, visually clean and technically flawless screw connections.
The predefined setting depth ensures that the screw is not overtightened. This offers several advantages: Firstly, the components are protected from possible damage, and secondly, the risk of leaks is significantly reduced as the sealing washers are not excessively crushed.
The clamping range is defined by the thickness of the component that is fixed to a substructure (wood, steel or aluminium).
Wood clamping area = Component 1
Sealing washer (2 mm) and saddle washer (3 mm) are already included in the calculations. If for example a saddle washer is not used in the assembly, the clamping area is extended by 3 mm.
Example:
Roof cladding on wooden substructure
Component 1: Sandwich panel (core thickness 80 mm* / total thickness 120 mm)
Component 2: Wooden purlin dimension: 80 x 100 mm
--------------------------------------------------------
= clamping area 120 mm (component 1 = 120 mm)
* in the case of screw connection in the bottom chord, value for component 1
