Your training at REISSER!
With us you’ll learn all the important basics for your apprenticeship. Practical relevance is always a priority for us, which is why you’ll soon be working on your own projects. We also offer you the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities and to follow exciting projects, education fairs and social projects. Being part of the Würth Group also offers you advantages during and after your training, including the opportunities offered by the chance to spend time abroad and extensive networking.
Depending on the profession, training at REISSER lasts for between 2 and 3.5 years. This period can be shortened on an individual basis, subject to good academic and company performance. You’ll change departments every 3 to 5 months.
And after training? If everything fits into place, we’ll continue to work on your future together. With us you’ll also have a number of options after your training, such as further training to become a master craftsman, technician, business administrator and much more.
